Common questions
Is Oliv free?
Yes. Oliv is currently free to use, with no subscription and no in-app purchases.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone running iOS 17 or later. Oliv is available on the Apple App Store in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Oliv will also install and run on iPad, but the App isn't yet optimised for iPad layouts — a tuned iPad experience is planned for a future release.
The app isn't working as expected — what should I do?
First, make sure you're on the latest version of the App and of iOS, and try closing and reopening the App. If the problem continues, email support@olivwellness.com with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened, and we'll look into it.
Is Oliv medical advice?
No. Oliv provides general wellness information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please read our Medical Disclaimer and always consult a qualified healthcare provider before changing your wellness regimen.

Managing your account
You can delete your account and its data at any time from inside the App:
Profile → Delete Account
When you confirm deletion in the App, we immediately and permanently remove your account, your assessment history, and any face-scan measurements. If you'd prefer, email support@olivwellness.com and we'll handle deletion for you under our usual privacy-request timeframes.
Your data & privacy
To access, correct, receive a copy of, or delete your personal data, email support@olivwellness.com with the subject line "Privacy request". UK and EU residents can also contact our data-protection representative, Prighter, through their portal at app.prighter.com/portal/16815533921.
